Try and add a Gamertag slot to the profile. If you can, make the actual gamercard show (like on TTG) if not, a slot would just be fine. 
Make a TOS and make the Terms of Service a global announcement. I have noticed lots of posts and many replies that are off topic and that does not follow what the user requests. It will make this a better site, but you need Terms of Service.
