This is the Title Update 6 for MW2.
This is requiered to host MW2 lobbies online after patch.

Extract files from archive and put on USB drive and put on Jtag.
Go to XeX menu and and locate USB.
Put the title update in the cache folder than add the default_mp to MW2 folder than you can add any pacth you want and play.
