I managed to recover #10 type2 kv and #1 type1 KVs from various dead consoles
(xenon, zephyr, falcon, jasper)

The package contains: kv_enc.bin kv_dec.bin extended_enc.bin, extended_dec.bin config.bin KVinfo.txt (console and dvd keys, types, serials, mfr)

I sell the kv for a price of $75 each: may not be cheap but these are my prices.
